This was the most wonderful trip of my life. The hotel was fantastic with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was a nice size for European standards or even New York standards. It was very clean with a very nice bathroom. The front desk was so friendly and after a long flight we got in our room by 11:30. I was a little worried about location from other reviews but it was great; we had the metro, the RER and the Hop On-Hop Off bus plus there are so many areas to see in Paris it does not really matter. We also got on the river cruise which was a 3 minute walk from our hotel. If you walk out of the hotel and make a right on Ave Suffren and take that towards Les Invalides there are also many cool streets in that area and we found a great chocolate shop on Rue Cler in the vicinity of Les Invalides. We partied a lot in the Latin Quarter area but it was so nice to come back to a beautiful hotel with the Eiffel Tower lit up. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat and miss it already. I was not sure by looking at the picture or the description but the bed was a KIng. The only problem was my coffee in the morning, you can heat the hot water and they do provide instant coffee but rarely did they have the instant with caffeine just de-caf, so I would bring a couple packets of instant from home. I have been to Paris once before this and can not wait to go back. This hotel was an excellent choice with a very friendly English speaking staff. I really loved this hotel!

We Loved the location of this hotel. An easy walk to many places and great little places to eat. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. We did not eat in restraunt or go to bar as I felt the prices were just to high, and it was not the same feel we had walking down the street to a cozy cafe.

We had a fabulous 22nd anniversary in Paris! We took a chance being October but the weather was warm and sunny, perfect for fall. Once we figured out the Metro and RER, we were on our way. The hotel was in a great location for the Eiffel tower. The RER was a soccer field away. In four stops you were at Notre Dame Cathedral. We even took our hotel chairs out on the balcony and spent two hours on a beautiful fall night, drinking a French bottle of wine, and watching the Eiffel light up the night. The hotel room was roomy for American standards but not at all Parisian. Remeber, you are at a hotel. It was clean and the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. We skipped the hotel restaurant -- too expensive -- and did as the Parisians do, ate at the cafes and many wonderful restaurants. Our anniversary dinner was spent at Chez Flottes Brasserie. Reservations are needed and the food was excellent. Although you can't see Paris in a weekend, we sure did try. And despite my past experience with the French, this time everyone was very helpful, courteous and friendly! Thank you, Paris, for a wonderful anniversary.

My husband and I visited Paris for the first time in September and chose this hotel because of its location and quality....it did not disappoint! Location, location, location! We arrived around noon and check in was no problem. Not only were we nearly in the shadow of the amazing Eiffel Tower, but we were within walking distance of several eateries and souvenir shops.. The little bakeshop around the corner was magnifique! We could catch the double decker bus (a must), ride the Metro (excellent), stroll along the Seine or catch a dinner cruise or tour boat by walking only a short distance. The hotel staff was polite and very helpful. The room was the perfect mix of European efficiency and American elegance. There is a restaurant and bar on the property, but we found better selections and prices at the sidewalk cafes that are on almost every corner! We are already planning to return to this romantic, gorgeous city, and we will definitely consider the hotel for our next trip!

Hotel was wonderful. Located within a few hundred yards of the Eiffel Tower and an easy walk to the metro station it made for a perfect staging point for our daily tours of the city. Numerous bistros were close by for dining and just around the corner was marvelous patisserie and boulangerie where we enjoyed several wonderful breakfasts. Only item of concern was the air conditioning never really functioned well, but we were there during an ideal time of season when the A/C wasn't really needed; just open the balcony door and enjoy the fresh air and night time sounds from the City of Lights.
