My husband and I want to Miami for our 8th anniversay. I loved this hotel. We stayed in the ocean view rooftop room and it was the best. I advise you to spend the extra money and get this room. The hotel was within walking distance of museums, shopping, resturants, and night clubs. The staff was very nice. I will go again and this is where I will stay!

We stayed at the hotel based a friend's recommendation. We were welcomed by a concierge staff that smiled and gathered our luggage and directed us to the lobby. The first view amazing view was the waterfall and the modern decor that led to the lobby. Upon arrival into the lobby, the amazing aroma greeted us along with smiling staff. Our check-in experience was provided with superior customer along with the details of our suite. When we walked down the restaurant to have lunch, the breezeway was breathtaking! The amount of detail and decor was phenomenal. This is by far one of the BEST high end hotels in Miami Beach. When we needed to contact the front desk, they were prompt with attention and always aimed to please. One staff member that was AMAZING and made a significant impact on our experience was Sam. He was extremely accommodating and professional!! We will absolutely stay in the Z Hotel each time we visit Miami!
