Epic Miami has everything you would expect from a quality hotel. The accommodations are excellent, the building is fantastic, but the service was a little disappointing as I experienced some inconveniences with check-in and access to the pool.

We loved this experience. First we booked a city view and when we arrived we're told that our reservation was automaticly up grade to a water view with king bed. our room over looked Biscayne bay in the distance (nice at night with the lights from the highrise hotels contrasting with the water from the bay. Staff in most part was Extremely helpfull and had a sense of urgency. Only exception was Area 31 restruant (for breakfest it took 10 minutes to get anything to drink every part of our meal ran this slow. The waitress apologized once she realized I was getting annoyed with the service, but the service didn't change.) The pool staff was very helpful and attentive(excellent). They made great effort to make everyone to feel important.
