My friend and I stayed here for a night to see a concert at the Ryman. We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. From 5-7pm they serve a free meal with drinks (includes beer and wine), which I thought was great. The bed was so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It's a quick walk to the Ryman and there are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel had great charm, but the hallways actually smelled. The rooms were nice and the staff was also. Had to make your way thru the homeless when you leave the hotel and the slept on the benches outside the Hotel at night. Very uncomfortable. Rooms are not cheap andI I would not stay again. as the negitives out way the possitives. The valet parker was noway to be found when I arived, so i had to park in alot and get up at 6am to repay for the next day or recive a ticket.

The rooms were very nice, but the bed was uncomfortable. The hallways stunk with some kind of oder. The AC was not up to par as the room never really got cold even when set to 68, which was as low as you could go. For the price it was not worth it. My wake up call was 15 min late also. Will Never stay here again and I suggest you don't either.

My wife and I booked a weekend for an anniversery stay. We booked a special deal in a King studio at a very reasonable price, considering the downtown location. Absolutely no qualms about staying here again. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and it was only a five minute walk to Broadway and the clubs. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff very helpful. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. There are quite a few homeless in the area, and are especially visible in the morning hours, but we were never bothered by them, and we always felt completely safe in our walks downtown. Our only negative, and not much of one, would be the hot breakfast. Pretty bland.
