Excellent location and rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our family of 6. Free breakfast is excellent and has a good variety. Managers reception is excellent on the drink side (they don't skimp on the alcohol). My only suggestion would be to offer a bit more snacks. Those were pretty limited. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will plan on staying there the next time I'm in Waikiki.

the hotel was as it shows in the picture, probably even better. the staff very helpfull, courteous and the breakfast was a plus (huge savings) the pool is small, but very clean. we didnt goto the managers cocktail but i heard it was okay. The beach is exactly half a block. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean, by the way the rooms are acceptable, our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) was very confortable. I will go back and stay there for sure.

One of the only all-suites hotels in Waikiki, located on Beachwalk. Only a block from the Ft. DeRussy beach, which tends to be a bit less crowded than the Kapiolani end of Waikiki. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. We were fortunate to get a Makai-view room, which made the living room area seem even bigger and brighter with the extra windows. The pool area is very nice, with a spa (hot!) and a kiddie pool area. There's a complimentary breakfast every day that is very good, with quite a few choices, including fresh fruit. There's a complimentary "manager's reception" with drinks and snacks (pretzels and chips) in the evening as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a complicated booking, partially on points, partially paid in advance, and partially on a credit card (don't ask), and when we checked in, they consolidated it all together into a single contiguous stay without hassle. We also got good tips about local activities from the concierge. There's no WiFi in the rooms, but there is wired access that worked well. There's WiFi in the lobby and the pool area, though we found it a bit spotty. You should be surfing, not web surfing anyway! Below the hotel is the "Beachwalk" promenade that is really on Lewers street. Lots of good restaurant choices, and many nice stores and boutiques. I would certainly go back, and will be recommending this to my friends.

This Embassy Suites has 1 and 2 bdrm suites in two towers located kitty corner from each other with an open area on the fourth floor between that serves as the pool area, breakfast and bar area. It has a nice open feel and is convenient to walking right out into a street filled with good places to eat and shops. Right next to Fort DeRussy it offers easy access to a large nice area of Waikiki beach. The pool is great for small kids and families as the depth goes from 3ft deep to 4ft deep, has attached kiddie pool area and hot tub area. Breakfast buffet is decent, with nice area for eating on lanai, or in covered area. Managers special in same area is also nice for having a beverage by pool or in covered area with nightly entertainment. Managers special food is lame consisting of goldfish crackers, chips and peanuts - but bartenders are good and will make kids juice drinks too. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although smaller than they appear in pictures, lanai is also quite small, only big enough for drying stuff or standing. $30 per day valet parking is pricey, but valet were good and got car quickly whenever we needed it. Although Embassy Suites is pricey, having the separate bedroom and living room is nice and the 2bdrm suite was very comfortable for 2 adults, 2 grandparents and 2 kids.
