Important Hotel Information
- Beginning March 1, 2013, the South Point Hotel will be charging a nightly resort fee of 12.50 plus tax, 14.00 total. This fee will include in room Wi-Fi, use of fitness center, local and toll free phone calls from guest rooms, boarding passes, and airport shuttle.

The hotel was a casino first with all the lights, noise, (smoke), with the hotel farther back. It was a fun atmosphere for what it is. The pool area was clean, big and pretty. The room was nice and clean, good for a night's rest.

Overall SP is a great hotel and even better priced. We enjoyed the free craps lesson on the casino floor and spent the majority of our time there. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel offers many things to do aside from gambling. The restaurants were all great and we frequented the $2 tequila bar. We missed the shuttle so a cab fare was about $50 round trip to the strip. I would definitely recommend SP.

We enjoyed our stay at Southpoint. Rooms are very nice and extremely clean. The room doors are very heavy &loud which is about the only downfall of the hotel. Had several families across the hall from us that let the doors slam. They upgraded the in room free internet during our stay and it seemed to run faster than others had mentioned. Hot tub was fantastic - longer hours would be nice (only open until 10 pm). I believe they offer shuttle service to the strip. Would stay again!
