I stayed here with two friends in October. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was not the cleaniest hotel I have stayed in, but it was in a prime location in Coronado. It was within walking distance of numerous stores and resturants. We visited more than seven resturants within walking distance in three days. The hotel wasn't dirty by any means, but there was sand everywhere in the room. Considering it is across the street from a beach, this probably is common of most locations in the area. I would defintely stay at this hotel again because reasonable price in a very expensive area.

Agood value for the area; the location is in the middle of the business district with restaurants and shopping nearby. The motel is small, clean and accomodating. The rooms are clean and bright and quite. While there is a continental breakfast it consists of coffee and small sweet rolls; it is an appetizer at best. Towels are provided for use at the pool or beach. For business or leasure in the Coronado area this is an excellent choice; the Del is only a block away.
