    This hotel has a great location - I was in town for a visit to NorthWestern Hospital - and this is only blocks away. Travel agency offered a fabulous price for hotel and parking. The hotel offered free breakfast when we were assigned an incorrect room - food, service, cleaniness, staff all excellent. We are planning to stay here again in the future. Way to go Travel agency and Sheraton.....

    We really loved the location for the great online travel rate! Our room was clean and convienent. We had a little attitude from the front desk once out of the ten times we had contact! The doormen were friendly and ready to help. We stayed here Thursday night and Sunday night, on our way to and from Green Bay. Our room was spotless Thursday night but our shower was NOT clean on Sunday night. We did not complain so I cannot attest to the service response. The beds looked comfy but were not (although I am used to a very comfy, plush bed at home). Would definitely stay again.

    We have been to Chicago Many times. We usually stay at the Hyatt (downtown). But with a 11yr old that loves to swim. We stayed here because of the pool. Now the pool in the shallow end is 3 feet deep. In the deep end it is 3 1/2 feet deep. So it is a pool to cool off in, basicly a kiddie pool perfect, for younger kids.

    The location of this hotel is one block off of Michigan Ave. As far as location to shopping once you walk that one block you are in the MIDDLE of the shopping, literly. By staying here instead of the Hyatt we cut our walking in half of what we usually do.

    The staff was very good to us. VERY VERY helpful. If you have a question about chicago just ask they will find out.

    TIP: We did take in a show (Rent), got tickets 1/2 off by waiting 10-15 mins before show time. Bought the tickets from a guy right outside movie theater. $70 face value, paid $70 for two. Show was SOLDOUT but was a way to get in.

    Highly recommend staying here and willstay here again and again.

    We traveled to Chicago in February to celebrate our anniversary. We took advantage of the winter midweek special rate and $1 parking. Check-in was seamless, and our room was wonderful! The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having temperature degree control. The mini fridge was especially handy because there is a Trader Joe's in the same building. We took advantage of both for snacks, leftovers and drinking in the room. We parked our car in the garage when we arrived and only walked all over the city; the location is amazing. Each time we used the pool and hot tub, we were the only two there. We never heard the noise of any other guests from our room.

    My only complaint was the lack of television channels, but we weren't in Chicago to watch tv!

    My husband and I stayed here for a week during our first vacation as a married couple. The hotel is located literally in the middle of everything. Though the rooms don't have an amazing view, they are super comfortable and clean. The staff is the best! They were very friendly and were always wanting to help. Always asked about our day and went out of their way to help us find some things we wanted to buy before heading home. This is not an extreme luxury hotel. It is good if you are going to just sleep and rest, then spend the whole day out shopping or sightseeing. Security is great. After a certain time, you can only come in the hotel using your key-card. There is always a security guard and a doorman in front. I recommend this hotel to everyone! It really is worth the money! I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this is the best one I've stayed in all my travels!
