    The hotel is in a nice area. the front lobby staff are very friendly and helpful. it would be nice if they could include a breakfast with the stay.

    This hotel was a perfect fit for our weekend in Chicago! From the moment we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. Prior to our trip, they recommended a quick, easy and affordable way to commute from O'Hare to their hotel. We arrived around 10am on Friday morning and they put us up in a room immediately and also sent us on our way with some great info. on things to do in Chicago for the weekend. We were traveling with another couple and they made sure to put our rooms side by side. The location is excellent...it's only a couple blocks from the metro, 1 block from all the best shopping on Michigan Ave., a short walk to the John Hancock Building and about a mile to Navy Pier. The hotel also has a restaurant connected to the lobby that serves excellent breakfast options! We had the best time and have absolutely no complaints about the hotel...they went above and beyond the entire weekend! Next time we head back to Chicago for a fun getaway, we'll be sure to stay at this hotel again. Oh, and if you like comedy, then you must go see a show at Second City! It's a short metro ride from the hotel.

    Really nice room; front desk was very helpful in answering our questions about how to get different places, Appreciate the free bottled water daily. Whirlpool wasn't working at first, but maintenance arrive very promptly and got it going. I found the bed a little uncomfortable, but I think it's a personal preference on firmness. Only 4 blocks from the train, 1 block to Michigan avenue shopping and easy busy ride to museums and millenium park area.
