    This isn't one of your exclusive luxury hotels. But...if you want a nice, clean, friendly staff, great location, great all around hotel for a good price, this is your place. I couldn't recommend it more.

    This was my second stay at this hotel. It is in a great location just a block from the magnificent mile. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a very enjoyable stay.

    The location within the loop was ideal with easy access to trains, museums, restaurants and shopping. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. It was a little noisy due to the balcony opening on Rush Ave. The staff was amazing; friendly, helpful and always willing to make us feel at home.

    Great location just off michigan ave. trader joe's is attached, as well as a nice coffee shop & deli. helpful staff. having a fridge & microwave was helpful.

    The hotel was nice and in a great location. The staff could have been more friendly and more knowledgeable. I asked for a good breakfast place with a reasonable price and they recommended a place that did not exist and had a hard time coming up with a place at all. I'd stay here again though.
