    My friends and I came to town for some shopping and the "Awesome 80s Prom." The hotel was great. Valet parking was the way to go and all the valets were really friendly. The room was clean and very nice. The free hotel shuttle to Michigan Ave. was a real bonus as well! The only problem we had was when we called for some towels around10pm that were never delivered and we had to call again in the morning. The guest services were really nice about it, however it still took 20-30 minutes for the towels to be brought to the room. Would totally stay here again!

    We arrived late at night--just after we checked in and my husband went to park the car, it wouldn't start. The person on duty at the desk was very helpful while my husband waited for someone to tow the car. The hotel was very clean and tasteful. Our room was great--king size bed for us and a pull-out couch for the two small kids. Everyone slept well! Also it was nice to have the refrigerator and the microwave in the room. All of the staff people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely fantastic--close to all the shopping and Michigan Avenue sights, plus many close dining options. We had no problem catching a cab to and from the hotel to the museums. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chicago.

    Because we were in an interior room, we did not get a view of the city; however, we did get a view of the pool and central courtyard. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. It was clean, but the best part was the comfort of the pillows and mattress. I've never had such a good night's sleep in a hotel before! The room wasn't exactly spacious, but was bigger than the "closets" I've sometimes heard about in Chicago hotels. The staff helped us find our way to the House of Blues for a concert. Hotel parking was $30.00, but getting from car to room was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

    Great location, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because room service utilizes an outside restaurant, the hotel cannot handle simple requests such as silverware or drinks. For a quick in and out business trip, I recommend this hotel.
