    this hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, and most helpful that i have ever been to. it was close to just about everything. the staff was very knowledgable about places to go and helpful especially for taxi's. the doormen were just delightful. our room was clean, the beds were comfortable with many, many pillows. it was amazing.

    The Four Points is an Excellent Hotel in a great location for a great price. Reserved as part of a package deal that included the flight for a very reasonable rate. The staff was excellent and the doormen/concierge were very polite, and had many great recommendations as to where to eat, things to do, etc. In fact the concierge was right on with all of his recommendations. Room was extremely clean and neat. Fridge and Microwave in the room, available room service is from good restaraunts, and security is top notch. Room keys are needed to access any of the hotels different areas, so it felt safe. There are not to many great views from the hotel, however for the cost and other amenities of the hotel it is acceptable. It is located right off of Michigan Avenue, there are always taxis out front, and several places to eat within a short walk, many of those restaraunts are famous in Chicago, like deep dish pizza, chicago dog's, etc. I have no complaints about this hotel whatsoever except maybe the pool area. It is way too crowded. Several times we took our kids down to the pool to swim, and literally there were thirty or so people on a pool maybe designed for ten. However that is not the hotels fault, it was spring break after all. Many hotels in the area do not have a pool, and this was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. All in all, this a great hotel for those travelling to Chicago, and I would definately stay there again. It is very family oriented, and I will most certainly look into booking here again.

    My husband and I have been to Chicago several times to see shows, this has got to be the nicest place we have ever stayed in. And we have been all over the country. We got there very late on Tuesday and had no trouble checking in. The junior suite was beautiful, clean and just right for my husband, daughter, her friend and myself. The bathroom/shower was wonderful! Best hotel shower EVER!! The housekeeping staff is exceptional, the second day of our stay while we were out seeing sights, they even drained the iron and put it away, now THAT is thorough! The parking garage is a little hairy but not bad considering the town. You couldn't get anywhere without your key and I LIKE that, very secure! No strange folks wandering the halls. Every staff member had a smile and a greeting. VERY friendly, VERY professional. This has got to be the best place to stay downtown for the price given the superior quality of all the services of this hotel. We have stayed at places that were just as much if not more and not even close to this quality. We have our new favorite place to stay in Chicago! Keep up the good work, we'll see you all in May!!

    My wife and I were totally pleased with our weekend get-away at the Four Points. The room and especially the bed, were very comfortable. Loved all the pillows! We enjoyed cocktails and breakfast the following morning in the lounge. Staff were all very helpful- were immediately available and more than happy to hail cabs for us, etc. Enjoyed the Pan Asian restaurant around the corner in the same building - very convenient - and many other excellent restaurants in the immediate area. The hotal has a "family" feel to it, so comfortable for families, without being the least bit noisy or dstratcting. We also got a good price through online travel Services, which was much appreciated. I would go back again anytime!
