This hotel was very nice. The staff goes out of their way to assist you. They even provided us a chauffeur to our restaurant and a blacked out suv. We did not have to deal with any taxi service. We will defiantly go back.

We've stayed in other Westin hotels in the past and were looking forward to staying here. The staff was friendly, and the hotel looked impressive. The room was clean, and comfortable, but overall this hotel has overlooked details that would keep me from recommending it. First, everything that most modern hotels include, you have to pay extra for here. Wi-fi is the biggest additional cost that comes to mind. On top of that, parking (which is a hassle in its on way) costs whether you valet or self-park. No free breakfast. I guess the clientele The Westin wants isn't concerned about value! The room included a huge touch tone phone in the bathroom next to the toilet (the 80s must be calling). There was no AC or vent fan in the bathroom. And the famous "Heavenly Shower" had one head turned off (to save water) when we arrived, and the function to change to pulse mode simply didn't work at all. Finally, I like a COOL nights sleep. We turned the thermostat down at about 7pm, and by 11:30, couldn't tell it was any cooler. On top of all of this, the AC was loud, and even on the 11th floor, we could here dumpsters being emptied through the night.

The hotel and the rooms are very dated. We were highly disappointed after reading about the 'Westin difference'. Sadly, we stayed in a LaQuinta Inn that was much nicer than this Westin. We have stayed at Westin's in the past on numerous occasions and do not plan to ever return to a Westin as clearly their standards have decreased. We certainly do not see how this hotel qualifies for a four star rating. In addition to the dated room, cracked tile in the bathroom, no hot water, no AC vent in the bathroom (really?), no sign for valet service of the cost then get charged $30 (outrageous!), no free wi-fi, then to top it all off we are awaken by construction over our heads on the room above us at 8 am sharp! So much for a relaxing 'Difference'.

Our room was very attractive, clean and comfortable. At our request we were provided with an in-room fridge and microwave, which helped us with special dietary restrictions. The meeting facilities were spacious and easy to find. There is excellent transportation to and from the hotel, with convenient shopping and dining. The exercise facilities were just adequate and the charge for internet and other business services were higher than expected, but overall a pleasant experience. We would stay here again.
