The staff at the hotel did everything they could to assist us. When there was a problem with our reservation and they were full for our first night, the clerk that was on went above and beyound to find us a room. They also were great for the rest of the stay. The hotel has a night club in the basment that was really great. Good music and good food with live intertainment.

For the money, this hotel was perfect for what we needed. We just needed a place to sleep and the free continental breakfast didn't hurt either. I was a little unnerved by the amount of texting going on at the front desk. Every time I went past the front desk, the person who was to be working the front desk, had their face in their phone. I was impressed by the location and the rates of this hotel. We were close to everything that we went to Louisville for and the rates were very inexpensive.

My wife stayed the nigt their and she said the staff was very nice and the room was comfortable. It is an older hotel, but it is a great value for the price. Most hotels at this price would be a roach motel. We are staying here again this weekend.

Shuttle driver from airport to hotel was very friendly and check in went smoothly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and the dining options nearby made stay all the better since I didn't have to travel far to get my kids dinner. All around a great value for the money and I will defintely book this hotel again when I am in the area.
