Overall, our stay was fantastic. They made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. When we arrived, the doorman promptly helped us and parked our car. The room was a nice size and quite comfortable. The view of the river was nice from our room. The only real small flaw was that the towel rack at the bathroom sink was broken. The spa was clean and the massage was well worth it. We would definitely stay here again.
