We enjoyed our quick trip to the city. I was really hoping For a hot tub/sauna but that's the only thing this hotel Lacks. Bar, service, restaurant are impeccable Just wished it had one more amenity for the price. Very centrally located!

Stayed here for a business trip/extended stay. It was fantastic. The staff was friendly and professional; the hotel was clean and fresh, with a great decor; the bathroom was fabulous with separate glass rain shower, soaking tub with personal shower,extra large fluffy towels, beautiful tile work, very hot water with good pressure, and a hair dryer, make-up mirror, scale, phone, and TV; the bedding was soft with multiple sizes of pillows available; the large flat screen pulled out and swiveled for multiple viewing angles, and it had many channels and in-room movies you could order; the wi-fi had some issues during the day, but you didn't have to pay for it. The fitness room is clean and up-to-date with water cooler, towels, and bowls of fresh apples are available throughout the hotel. I have nothing bad to say about this top-notch hotel...this is how customer service is done!!!

My boyfriend and I were just having a weekend away and stayed at the Teatro. We felt very pampered and spoiled the whole time! The valets were wonderful (although there was a bit of a mix up when someone with our same name called for a cab at the same time we did) they were very apologetic for the inconvenience and got us to dinner in time for our reservation! Also the bathroom was amazing and the bed was so cozy I wanted to take it all home with us!I would definitely stay here again!
