    Dauphine Orleans was a great place for us to stay while honeymooning in the French Quarter. They upgraded our room, because they had the availability and found out it was our honeymoon, which was nice. The hotel was also very clean. The rooms were cute and unique without being too eclectic. The pool was clean and inviting, though the hot tub wasn't working. Complimentary drinks at Mae Bailys was nice. We only used the complimentary continental breakfast once as there is so much great food in New Orleans. The breakfast was ok, but nothing fancy. The location was ideal. The hotel was super quiet and on a relatively nice block of the quarter. Bourbon street is just a block away, as are a number of great restaurants. It's not too much of a walk to get over to Frenchmen's Street or Cafe Du Monde either. We loved it. We didn't ask much from the hotel staff as we're pretty independent, though we did try to inquire about the streetcars and whether they were running. The staff didn't really know and thus weren't very helpful in this area. However, we were able to find out via the internet that part of the street car line we wanted was under construction.

    Dauphine hotel is very charming with a lovely courtyard where we enjoyed having our breakfasts. Although located one street from the noisy Bourbon Street the hotel is very quiet. The location is perfect, you are in the heart of the French Quarter and a walking distance from everything you can do/see in Nola. The staff were very helpful, the continental breakfast quite nice. Our room was in the main building overlooking the parking but very quiet. The king bed was confortable. The bathroom was very spacious. We will definitely stay here again.
