Our family made our first trip to Florida. The hotel location was great, across from Sea World; shuttles were available to and from the parks, there is a trolly bus that can take you around the area for dining at a small price, and the hotel had a nice little restaurant and bar area. The staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful time and are really happy we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld!

This hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay and the staff made it a point to make this very comfortable for us. When we realized our room didn't have a remote, there was maintenance up in ten minutes (we had a bet going and they far exceeded our expectations). Shuttles to SeaWorld saved us a walk and $14 parking fee (definitely utilize this service). The bed linen NEEDS a DEFINITE UPGRADE. The comforter or duvet or whatever was on the bed (it was so raggedy, that im not sure what it was) was so rough on the skin that we needed to take a trip to the nearest Walmart and buy linen. All in all, the facility was clean and well-maintained. If I truly needed to, I would stay again.

As soon as we walked in the staff person was very friendly and helpful. She talked to us like we were long time friends. It was always a nice casual environment. With the hotel on the block across the street from Sea World, we just walked to the park. It was very convienant.
