This was our first trip to England and we were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even called a taxi for us to go to the train station that took us to Paris. The room was clean and the hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. Wish I could go back there soon. My wife and I recommend this hotel to everyone. We are from Texas and liked to talk to people, we found the staff and the people of England to be great.

The hotel is well placed, within walking distance of public transportation. There are two supermarkets close by so you can get late night snacks easily. Several pub/restaurant choices within easy walking distance. Room was typical European size - on the small side for Americans - but nicely furnished.
