Staff are simply amazing and do everything in their power to make you feel truly welcome. When asked if this was my first stay with them (which it was) I was personally shown to my room where all the features of the room were explained. Valet Services were quick and courteous, and the Concierge is very knowledgeable. The on site restaurant staff are phenomenal and the food is decadent and divine. The restaurant staff even offered us bug spray when the saw the mosquitoes were bothering us, which illustrates the staff's willingness to go above and beyond. Hotel is also set on the waterfront (Biscayne Bay) where a jogging path provides a nice place for a scenic after dinner stroll. Will certainly stay here again on my next trip to Miami.

In the States the best hotel I ever had. Last year I was in Fort Lauderdale in Ritz Carlton, but Mandarin Orient hotel Miami is 10 times nicer. Great rooms, great service (all of them, waiters, reception, cleaning personal, .....) Also the restaurant has a very good menu on a very (for Miami) cheap price: 35 $ for a 3-menu. If I go back to Miami, 100% again in Mandarin Orient. Thanks to all the people who work there to give me a very nice vacation.

The staff was great. The hotel spa was not completed yet and that was one of the reasons I selected the hotel. It was far away from any eatery places. The patio was small, I was looking for a patio that was larger where you could sit and watch the ocean. Overall the hotel staff was professional and prompt, cleaness of the room was excellent. It was our anniversary and the staff had put rose petals and chocalate cover strawberries in the room upon arrival. This was a plus for the Mandarin hotel.

The Mandarin is above 5 stars, the service was outstanding, you are treated like Royalty or a Movie Star. We were greeted at the hotel entrance with a smile and geniune interest in getting us checked in to the hotel. It was a hot afternoon so we were offered a glass of refreshing ice tea. The room was exceptionally roomy along with the most comfortable bed. I did not miss being away from home, this was better than home. The swimmimg pool is one of the best I have experienced in a couple of years. The staff at the pool was there with the cool towels, again making you feel like a movie star. The best location no congestion, no south beach noise etc. LOVE IT! Will go back.
