Husband and I stayed for one night prior to leaving on a cruise. The location was so convenient both to get to from the interstate and also to get to the cruiseport parking. We were lucky enough to be there while they were doing a celebration on the harbor for the upcoming fourth of July and so there was so much to see and do right out the front door. Had it been at a different time we still were close enough to transportation to really explore anywhere we may have wanted to go. The service was very friendly from the front desk to the restaurants (we ate dinner at one and breakfast at the other). Room was very clean and nice...no complaints. Will probably use this same hotel for future visits!

The only complaint is the $3/day fee. 18% is added to any charge. The staff does not accept tips since it is included. But some of the services are free so maybe this helps tip those staff members. One of the staff walked us to the Silverline to show us how to use it. She said is was so much cheaper than taking taxis everywhere. She would not take a tip even when she was out of the hotel. Loved this hotel.

The staff was willing to help me in in any way. It was convenient for me to walk to my meetings at the convention and exposition center. Plenty of good places to eat at the motel and near by restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to come back some time in the near future to tour the city. Thank you very much

When you walk into the Seaport Hotel, you immediately feel like royalty. The lobby is gorgeous. The hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint was that our room was a little smaller than anticipated. I was hoping for a harbor view (I've stayed here before, it's worth asking for the view#. The location of the hotel is prime. It's so close to many of the museums, walking distance. And it's not too far to Fenway or Faniuel Hall by taxi or subway #which was where we were headed#. There is a bar across from the hotel, #Whiskey Priest) that is worth visiting to start a night out on the town.
