    We had no cold water. just hot hot water! they wouldnt change our rooms because they were booked full, yet asked me what i would like to do. i asked ...

    We had NO cold water. Just HOT HOT water! They wouldnt change our rooms because they were booked full, yet asked me what i would like to do. I asked them to change my rooms and they said they couldn't do that.

    The hotel had a very large group of travelers that arrived and left at the same time. Because of this and the hotel's lack of preparation for such a large group the elevators were inaccessible to us. Instead of waiting for 30-40 minutes we had to use the stairs. That's not easy when you're on the ninth floor. On checkout it was the same except worse because one of the two elevators was off for maintenance. This meant that there was now one elevator to service a very large group of travelers that were all leaving together. In addition to the problems that were presented by not scheduling staffing to handle this large group the rooJm was outdated and the air conditioner was not working properly. This hotel can exist only because of its proximity to USC. I would be embarrassed to house a visiting professor or a family of a student at this hotel. It could use some serious upgrades. I've stayed in nicer hotels that were much more reasonably priced and adequately staffed. If this were a location with other hotel choices it would suffer. This was definitely not worth the rate that I was charged.

    They need to update this hotel. the bathroom door was very tight and the bed was lousy...i would not stay here again.

    Hotel was very close to downtown LA. Overall Staff knowledgeable about the area & helped us plan our vacation. Only complaint was that we got stuck on the elevators for few minutes after checking in & they were out of service most of our stay. We had to use staff elevators instead
