  Great location between Michigan ave. and navy pier. Could walk to all we wanted to see. Awesome breakfast! nice room. Downside...second night had very loud neighbors but called to complain at 11:30pm and desk called to quiet them down. Take lots of money for parking! Ridiculous.

  This was our second year stay during the week of Christmas. I stay with my college age nieces and the suite is excellent. We enjoy the breakfast. Beds are so good it is hard to get the girls up in the morning. Most importance issue is the friendly & helpful staff...it seems to be a dying art that Embassy Suites has kept alive...hospitality! Thanks for another great stay, see you next Christmas!

  Stayed sunday night. very long lines for evening drinks and breakfast. breakfast lasted 30 minutes longer to serve everyone. breakfast plates, etc. that were placed out in the morning were ...

  Stayed Sunday night. Very long lines for evening drinks and breakfast. Breakfast lasted 30 minutes longer to serve everyone. Breakfast plates, etc. that were placed out in the morning were still there late in the afternoon when we came back. Door hard to open. The place needs work. Great location!

  This hotel had one of the most pleasant staffs I have encountered, and it wasn't just the smiles, the quality of service was topnotch. The two-room suite was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable (though the fold-out couch bed was not). The included breakfast buffet and happy hour are additional pluses. The minus? The walls of the room, both to adjacent rooms and the corridor outside, were painfully thin. A noisy family next door made part of our stay an ordeal. Definitely take a white noise machine or earplugs, or don't be afraid to complain about the noise.
