    I missed my reservation due to flight delays, and this hotel made it easy to update my reservation and resolve the situation, politely and hassle-free. The room was clean, the service was good, and the location was convenient. Highly recommended.

    We will be back! We came to San Francisco for the ZAP conference for the first time. From the moment we walked in the Orchard Hotel to the time we left, everyone from the door men to the desk staff to the maid service was so friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, bathrooms spotless and location, unbelievable. The Orchard Hotel is now our only choice when we come to San Francisco. Thank you

    This was our very first trip to San Francisco and the staff at the Orchard made it very easy for us. The hotel is very nice, clean and in a great location. A GREAT room for the money. It was steps to Union Square, Chinatown and North Beach--all great areas to eat and explore. Plus it is right on the cable car line for easy transportation to other sights. The concierge/door man (Cornell) is just wonderful! He knew all the best places to see and the easiest ways to get there. He was extremely helpful. We planned a day trip out to Muir Woods and Sausalito right from the lobby and they arranged everything. The rooms are spacious, nice and clean. We experienced no problems and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

    I stayed at the Orchard for 5 days early Jan 2013. The hotel was excellent value for money with nice comfortable, spacious room that was very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and the hotel location, perfect. I will stay here again.

    Location of the hotel is perfect; close to Chinatown, steps from the Cable Car, and lots of restaurants around. Room was a good size, but more importantly it was quiet. The TV was outdated, but we were not on vacation to watch TV. Turn-down service was great. The staff was helpful and available but not intrusive. Highly recommend this hotel.
