    There was a big plastic shield with a hole in it for you to talk through and a place to pass money or etc. The lady could not show us the room, as there was no one to take her place and we were not allowed to go on our own. We were not comfortable with our experience. We did not stay there!!

    the staff was very friendly but wish u would outline there policies and wat they were all about they make me feel welcome yes do something about the sheets they were itchy especially the comforter and blanket pick up from airport was great it was great i would recommend someone just need some adjustment it was quiet didnt get to use internet always someone on it need more computers

    The rooms are clean, it has a resturant and bar right on the facility with great food (breakfast lunch and dinner) and a very friendly staff. If you stay here, try the LuLu Burger on the menu, it is to die for!!!

    The room, by large was a decent size. However, there were several issues that i encountered, mainly (1) the door chain was not properly secured by the screws, as they were loose and coming out (I could screw/unscrew with my fingers, as the screws were the wrong size), (2) the shower curtain rod was also loose and was not securely fastened to the walls (3) the comforter on my bed had what appears to be blood stain on it, (4) the blanket was old and seemed to have been used before, (5) the commode was soiled throughout my entire stay!) (6) sink was not disinfected daily, (7) trash from the previous guest(s) were in container under sink, (8) literature in room was old and crumpled, (9) no outlets by nightstand for charging phone, which was annoying.
