My complaints would be the room was in need of some upkeep, wallpaper falling off walls, room had a suit in a glass case that was suppose to spin and did not, calcium build up on faucets and shower head, dust over the lights in the bathroom, Non smoking room stunk like stale smoke along with hallway, Sports book is small

We really enjoyed our stay at Planet Hollywood. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and confortable. We had an AMAZING view of the Strip. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time in Vegas and I am very glad we chose this specific hotel. I love the casino there. Koi was impressive. The location was the best. The staff were very friendly. The Miracle Mile shops had a lot to offer. A man named Bruce at the Concierge was hands down the best help in guiding my friends and I to the best attractions in Vegas. Plus his sense of humor was second to none. If you are looking for the best place to stay, this is it. The casino is not too big so you can navigate your way through the hotel easily after the first day. I really cannot gush enough about this place. I really wish I would have participated in the player's card promotion so I could get discounts on going back. I will for sure stay at this hotel the next time I visit.

Planet Hollywood is a really clean and nice hotel to stay in. It has eateries and shopping at the location, where you can remain inside if you choose to. i enjoyed the comfort of the rooms and the bed sleeps comfotably. The staff provide excellent customer service.
