  Hotel is very old. They have painted and did a little remodeling but I would rather stay by a beach hotel than here. I have stayed at a few hotels in Curacao and this one was one of the worst one I stayed at in Curacao. l

  Took family trip to Curacao June 2010. Got great deal for 7 nights at The Plaza. Was slightly apprehensive due to age of hotel but decided to give it a try. WOW! The hotel is beautiful, staff friendly, rooms large with AMAZING views. Booked 3 rooms - all were perfect. Location simply can't be beat! Right in the heart of everything & even though it is not on the beach, it is directly on the water with daily shuttle to beach.

  The stay was very good. Great location if you want to be near Punda or Otrabanda. The restaurants are within walking distance in the boogjes and the food was wonderful. There is a good selection of great restaurants in that location for all kinds of food. You are right in the shopping area. Both Punda and Otrabanda have great shopping.

  I would highly recommend this hotel. We got a room overlooking the water and it was spectacular. This is the best hotel to stay in for New Years. It's within walking distance to the bridge and all the shops, restaurants, and night life.

  Hotel in a very central location of downtown Willemstad. Within walking distance of the floating bridge, floating market, bus stop, and many restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, beds and pillows great, lobby is large and colorful, casino is a nice place to spend a few dollars. TV stations limited and you have to go to the restaurant downstairs to get ice. The hotel is located right on the water which can provide for some great views from the rooms. The buffet was good but I found it to be quite overpriced.
