Convenient to Waikiki. Close to the beach without "on the beach" proces. Good restaurant and close to many others. Only drawback for me was the price to park. They went up $10 a night two years ago and nothing about the parking changed. No better or worse than before the change. Even though it is Waikiki, costs probably don't justify that increased fee.
