- A guest room renovation on unoccupied floors will occur thru December 2013. Work hours will be 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday. Concierge lounge temporarily relocated thru June. Pool, dining and shops will be unaffected.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is at the end of Ocean Drive put it's still in walking distance of EVERYTHING. The staff was welcoming and the grounds were beautiful. We had an ocean view room and we loved the view...the room was a tad small but very clean and comfortable.

There are so many positive things to say about this hotel: it's beautiful, the location is great (not smack in the middle of Ocean Dr), the room was clean and spacious, price was very reasonable, pools were sparkling, Concierge was AMAZING, friendly staff, Starbucks downstairs, etc. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is b/c we didn't get to sleep our entire vacation due to the noise levels at night. This was my first time to South Beach so maybe that's to be expected with all of the partying and of course near Spring Break time, but we expected this hotel to be more geared towards family and not so much the party scene. The daytime was fine but at night we had college kids partying in the room above us all night long and got no sleep in 4 nights. We would call the front desk every night and it would stop for a bit but then just continue. That was the only unfortunate part of our vacation. Great hotel but next time we will probably look for something a little quieter.

This hotel is a great deal for the amenities and location! Whether you want to relax or be in the action it is perfect since it is located right on South Beach but is down towards the end of strip so it offers some quietness. It is located within walking distance of everything that South Beach has to offer. The hotel is grounds are beautiful and offer good amenities. Staff was very accomodating and gave us a room with a ocean view even though we booked a regular room and when my boyfriend left his shoes in the room after we checked out and flew home, they mailed them to him in Boston free of charge! The only down side is paying for on the beach chair/umbrella rentals. Other hotels offer these services free of charge but here you pay $25 a chair and the umbrella is extra! But overall we enjoyed our stay here and would visit again!

02/07/2011I liked the hotel, the rooms are quite good and very comfortable bed. the price of accommodation and good but the amount of parking and very loud!
