    The customer service at the hotel was exceptional. The employees were always willing to lend a helping hand. The structure of the hotel building itself, however, was not as we expected. We looked at the hotel's website and were very impressed with the Art Deco pictures. However, the building did not look the same in person. It was quite old, had a wierd smell, and had some VERY small double rooms. All in all, the service, location (on the beach), and price of the hotel made our trip worthwhile.

    The decor was faboulous and the location prime. we were near everthing. we loved it and will stay again!

    The hotel was nice, but tired. Our bathroom left a lot to be desired, paint was chipping off the wall, tub has been reglazed and wearing off, etc. If all you want is a place to crash, this is it because it's clean and the staff is friendly. We didn't use the pool, but checked it out our last day and it's a very nice area to lounge around for the afternoon. I'm not sure I'd return, but that because I like to explore new hotels everytime I travel to South Beach.

    Overall it was a good experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is one of the most economical you'll find in that location and worth it. Rooms and washrooms are on the smaller side, but if you just need a place to crash while partying in SouthBeach, this is the place to stay. 10min walk to Ocean Drive. And the direct Beach access was great! If you want a quick bite to eat for breakfast, dont eat at their Restuarant, L'Omlette, they took more than 40min to serve our food. As for the burgers and hotdogs by the pool and servers there,GOOD TIMES ALL AROUND!
