    I can't think of one single negative thing about my stay at the Tropicana. The check-in process was easy and the staff very accommodating. Our room actually overlooked a beautiful scene of the strip and at night the lights were fantastic. I was impressed with all the food options right in the Tropicana and enjoyed every coffee, beverage, snack and full meal I had.

    I could barely breathe when I walked into the lobby. The lobby and casino smelled of some heavy sweet incense. It was so strong for someone with allergies to fragrances such as myself, it was difficult to breathe. To make matters worse, they have the elevators to the Club Towers strategically place so that you have to haul your luggage through the casino up the escalators to the mezzanine and then another couple hundred yards down a corridor lined with restaurants and shops....there is no other way to get to your room, so beware the Club Tower and request the Paradise Tower instead, the elevators are near the entrance....that is if you decide to stay here. My clothing smelled like the incense, too. Overall I'd say my main complaint was poor air quality and the extreme distance to carry your luggage....

    I booked a 'no smoking' room several weeks in advance. when i arrived, the hotel confirmed that i had a non smoking reservation, and provided me with a room. when ...

    I booked a 'no smoking' room several weeks in advance. When I arrived, the hotel confirmed that I had a non smoking reservation, and provided me with a room. When I arrived at the room, it was a smoking room. I called the front desk and requested a room change. I was informed that the hotel did not have any more non-smoking rooms, and I would be contacted the next morning regarding a room change. I was also offered the option to have an 'ozone machine' brought up to the room while I was at dinner. When I came back, no ozone machine. Next morning, no call about a room change. Called again to request an ozone machine. Left for the day. On returning at 5 p.m., room remained unmade, and it did not appear that an ozone machine had been brought up. Called housekeeping, who insisted they had been in the room with an ozone machine (yet left the room unmade?!). Assured me the ozone machine would be in room while I was at dinner.

    Staff was nice. i did not eat here but heard restaurants were pretty yummy. the club, rpm, was okay. the dj had great music. i like how even though it' ...

    Staff was nice. I did not eat here but heard restaurants were pretty yummy. The club, RPM, was okay. The DJ had great music. I like how even though it's not on the "busy" part of the strip you can still head down there and not take a cab (I like to walk) The pool area looked kinda small considering they seem to promote that a lot for summer.
