Reserved two double beds with written confirmation. Checked in and was given a king bed with a terse response that I had to "prove" that I reserved the two doubles. I later provided the confirmation and was grudgingly moved to the worst room in the hotel about very loud pipes and a dark back portion of the hotel. I then noticed that the $5 water bottle in the room had alrady been opended and left by the previous guest! Had to argue with the front desk about this one also. Never again at this hotel

Very modern room, lots of space but furniture is a little small and lacks some of the hotel features like enough outlets in dresser, good alarm clock. Couch and bed oddly small and no stretcher for suitcase.

Loved it. It was so convenient to UCLA. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and do not put on aires at all. The beds are extremely comfortable. We got a very good rate for booking well in advance. Highly recommend this hotel!
