The room was rather small for being on the executive level. I left something in the bathroom and called later that day to see it was turned in. I was told I would get a phone call back but never did...Probably would not stay here again.

Have stayed at the Chicago Hilton many times and this was another excellent stay. The pre-pay option on hotel parking was a nice option since the self-park is easy to access. It has a great location for walking to Millinium Park, Art Institute, Field Museum, and Soldier Field which we walked to for a football game. The Lobby has been remodled since our previous stay and it's beautiful...the Snax Shop has great quick food and desserts. Highly recommended.

This hotel needs some major upgrades. The beds were comfortable and clean. Large bathroom but it felt dirty. Carpets in the room smelt and had dust bunnies and dirt. The location is close to the museums but far from the heart of te city. For the same rate, stay somewhere else!!
