The hotel bathroom was fantastic. The bedroom was okay, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel and room was clean. All in all, I would recommend it, even though it was just a bit pricey.

The day staff was courteous, but the kudos end there... The property was way dated and all the furnishings and carpets were on their last leg and the scent was not the best. The door to the room would not lock from the outside, but worst of all the heating unit in the room began burning (literally), smoke alarm goes off. Thankfully we were still awake, but the night staff could care less and never responded to the issue, so we manually shut off the unit and had to keep the outside door open til the burnt stench would diminish. With an outside temp in the low 30's, it was not the most comfortable night without heat... When morning arrived we couldn't wait the get out of there and we are never going back.

My Wife and I had a wonderful time exploring the many places in Holbrook. When we checked into the Ramada the front desk clerk Patricia was wonderful. She gave us a wonderful rate and put us on the bottom floor. The rooms were very clean and had new carpet and bed linens. Breakfast was served early and the coffee was wonderful. We are palnning another trip to Arizona soon and are looking forward to staying at the Ramada again.
