    The staff at the reception desk are friendly and welcoming. They helped us with restaurant and places around. The room size is OK with comfortable bed, TV, refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel has a good restaurant and small shop and lots of parking space.

    Great location! located just blocks from downtown. the neighborhood is decent as well. there's a security guard on duty at night.

    First time to stay in this type of hotel. No AC, no elevator, dirty floor and noisy room. It was our fault to choose this location in this type of downtown location. We had a better impression since it was named Ramada Downtown CONVENTION CENTER where people stay here for convention. It was our total misunderstanding. Thank you.

    the hotel is nice and the night person front desk is very nice, the hotel is nice especially the balcony rooms, but they need to renovate and replace some of the carpets in the hallway. and some of the rooms doesnt have AC, and some rooms doesnt have heater! its a good stay though, but if u got the wrong room in a hot day, it will be really hot coz some rooms doesnt have AC.

    The building was nice, but my room had ants all over the sink. I called the front desk and was given a room upgrade with no hassle. The staff was friendly. Really close to restaurants and stores but all the rooms do need extensive cleaning.
