This hotel could not have been in a better location. It is right in the heart of Times Square on Broadway. The streets are lit up as if it were daylight 24 hours. Us three girls felt completly safe. The Lion King show is directly next store. There was the subway, shopping, eating, and drinking just steps away. The hotel has a beautiful gift shop and also a Starbucks. The hotel restaurant, The View, is rooftop and slowly revolves around the city. Our double bed room was a surprisingly comfortable size (esp for a room in NYC). We have been home less than a week and are already looking to rebook this hotel in the spring-when the weather is warmer.

When we arrived I asked for a room with a great view and what we got was amazing! Time Square at it's best and the Statue of Liberty too! # 3436. I don't recommend the restaurant on the ground floor, not so good. We did have the dessert buffet in The View lounge and loved it. Staff was great. Room was clean and what you would expect from a Marriott. The location was great and very safe. Would recommend to family & friends. We would certainly stay there again.

This was my anniversary and our first trip to New York. With the Marriott being right in Times Square it gave us the best view and the best time in New York. We were greeted as soon as we came in, the reservation desk was helpful and thoughtful when we asked to upgrade to a jr. suite, no hesitation and she sent champagne and strawberries to our room. The rooms are clean and modern but warm and comfortable. I would come back to the Marriott in New York.
