I wish we would have been notified that they were still experiencing outages from the storm as we would have prepared better upon arrival. We did not have Wi-Fi, the business office downstairs was closed, no restaurant or room services available. Area is extremely quiet, so perfect for those families not interested in 24 hours of noise. Beds and rooms were very comfortable.

Only complaint was the extra charge for wifi. But then again I didn't go to NY yo sit in the hotel room and surf the internet. Hotel was right next door to the 911 Memorial and if you ask the front desk they will give you passes to the memorial. Wall Street is just a short walk from the hotel but if you want to visit Times Square it's advised that you take the subway. Which there is a subway station about a block from the hotel. All in all this hotel is in a nice quiet location with quick/easy access to the rest of NYC. So we will definitely stay here again.

The room was a nice size and very clean. Good view of the port. Although door man got violent when I grabbed my own cab. Screaming at my Cabby while grabbing at my bags. My wife had already interred our Cab and was terrified as the man was slamming the doors and threats of a fight.

I was very comfortable, the staff was very considerate and helpful for someone not native to NYC. The room was always clean, if I needed anything, they did not hesitate to provide me with what ever it shoulf be. They provided me with a power adapter too. The breakfast was 15 dollars in the morning...

Very comfortable beds and pillows in quiet lower Manhattan. Conveniently located near Wall Street, ground zero, and Battery Park. You have to figure in the cost of eating breakfast out and transportation to Midtown, when you are deciding on a hotel. Everything near this hotel can be done in a day. Midtown has much more to do for the vacationing family.
