The Stratosphere was accomidating to most of our expectations and needs. I first noticed that the room looked a little different from the wesite and the view from our 10th floor room was not impressive. Then a couple days into our stay we began to detect a septic smell that was continuous, but then we came to the realization that the whole Las Vegas had the same smell in other hotels not just the Stratosphere. The last thing that annoyed me was that there were no microwaves on the hotel primences at all, i almost always ask for a doggy bag wherever i eat out, am i suppose to eat my leftovers cold!? I will probably try another hotel the next time i visit Las Vegas and there will be a next time, despite all that i had soooo much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

overall had a great time, transportation from hotel to the strip was easy, prices were very reasonable, shows excellent, food very excellent, the area where the hotel was appeared to be in a rebuilding stage, it was not where other hotels were, the room was nice but i would recommend that rails be installed to help you get in and out of the tub because the tubs are high from the floor.' am from N.Y. and almost all hotels give you free internet, and cable tv, i was surprised there was a charge for this service.

Great value !!! Linens are good quality which is very important for me coz I'd like to sleep well and comfortably esp after all day of walking and sightseeing. We stayed in the newly renovated rooms and it looks classy , modern and clean. I'll definitely be staying here on our next trip !

In a pinch, when you have last minute plans to go to Vegas and are on a budget, you can beat the price at Stratosphere. However, in the end, it's not worth it. The location is awful...far away from all the action on the strip and in a really bad area. The rooms are clean, but almost no outlets to charge more than one phone and no full length mirrors, and one sink in the bathroom. This doesn't work for two women.
