10/04/2012Comfy bed, large clean room. pool water was clean although the edges needs cleaning. wifi worked, no problem with parking. grocery nearby & a cvs.

06/02/2012No free breakfast, had to ask questions a lot, also was told the only transportation available was cab service, when actually there was bus service and we ended up researching ...
No free breakfast, had to ask questions a lot, also was told the only transportation available was cab service, when actually there was bus service and we ended up researching ourselves toward the end of our stay, after we spent a small fortune on cab service. As stated there was free bus shuttle service to and from the airport , but when we checked out and were ready to leave at the front desk, we were told that there was no bus shuttle service available going back because there had to be 24-hour notice given, and that there is a sign stating that. Well, we did fail to see the sign, however when we asked if he would okay it this time the reply was no, there was a sign., however can take a cab and it will only cost you 10-12 dollars, when in fact we ended up paying 17.00 back to the airport. Also we didnt see any fitness center on the premises.

We needed a place to stay for our Hollywood race. This was close by to Universal Studios. The area is nice and seems pretty safe. The room was clean. The room window is tiny but that's ok. We're only there to sleep.

This hotel was exactly what my hubby and I were looking for. Very convenient, and there's a patio on a second level near the pool that I spent plenty of time sunbathing on. Nothing extraordinary but fantastic for the price!
