I love that all three times I have stayed at the Le Meridien that have allowed me to check in upon our early arrival and not wait around to check in like other hotels have done to me. :)

Booked room with 2 beds, but they wouldn't deliver

When we checked in, they said there were no more rooms with 2 beds, since the previous day. They upgraded us to a king "suite", which was a slightly bigger room - one room, not what I consider a suite. The view was fabulous - best thing about the whole experience. They assured us that the rollaway bed was comfortable - but it wasn't. They didn't even bother delivering it as promised and we had to bug them to deliver it when we returned to our room after midnight. Also, there was also a dirty towel folded over the shower. I discovered this after I used it and saw 2 red blood stains on it - not from me. So disgusting, and it had to be unwashed since the stains were bright red. Except for the view, we were very disappointed by this hotel.

I was supposed to have a suit with bridge view, initially I was given a suit on the 6th floor, naturally no view. They did not have another suit so they gave me a regular room that was fine with me. After 3 days my room was upgraded to appropriate level.

02/03/2011Super clean and upscale and i got one heck of a deal. the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. great view too. i will be back.
