Good location for accessing trains and metro. near the street where they specialize in crepes. that is the positive! the room was institutional looking done in depressing grey. modern furniture was impractical due to lack of storage. Most of the staff need serious attitude adjustments-not helpful at all even by Paris standards! I will not stay at this hotel again!

This location worked great for us. It is next to the Montparnasse train station. You can take a train, metro and even the AirFrance Buses to CDG. Because it is more of a business district, there isn't a lot of culture nearby. But the ease of transportation was key for us. Safe, Clean, Comfortable and the staff were all wonderful. I'd stay again if the need arose.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. No free internet in the room, but free wi-fi in the common areas (in the lobby or in the lounge). I've been to Paris a few times and this was the first time I stayed in a hotel in Montparnasse. The Metro station isn't far down the street and there is a small supermarket right next door attached to a small shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Takes a little while to get to some of the usual tourist sites. The streets near the hotel, in particular toward the tower and the Metro station, were pretty dirty (especially after rush-hour). This hotel would probably be most suitable for business travelers, but isn't bad for the seasoned tourist. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider this hotel if I return again in the future.
