    I booked two rooms for an over night stay in troy. every thing in the room was clean and the staff was down to earth, friendly! would stay again.

    This hotel is reasonably close to Troy University and close to other dining establishments. The hotel was reasonably clean. The breakfast was good even if the space for breakfast is inadequate. A couple of problems arose during our visit. First the hotel staff was not wonderfully friendly and they did not have a good attitude. They were competent and did their jobs but did not seem to be interested in going the extra mile for their customers. Since there are not too many competitors, this hotel seems to be taking their customers for granted. Additionally they gave us a hard time about extra towels and sheets. We have stayed at other hotels from this chain and always get good service. Perhaps our biggest complaint is that there is an irritating noise that can be heard inside the rooms even through the night. I learned that there is a factory on an adjacent property and that is where the noise seems to be eminating from. Customers shoud ask to be placed on the opposite side of the hotel (east).

    I was a bit concerned about this stay considering it was so close to US 231. The rooms were quiet and the people at the desk, while too busy, were friendly when they got to you. Breakfast was sub-par but enought to get you going for the day. Would have given a 4, but does have exterior coridors.
