For such a reasonable rate I didn't expect a lot but that's what we got. Everything about our stay was pleasant. Large comfortable room, quiet, clean, excellent staff, and nice breakfast. It was like a five star hotel for the price of a three star. No question about where we will stay next time.

The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again or at any other hotel near the airport is because the Charlotte Airport is a very busy airport and the sound of planes landing and taking off can be very loud. This was only an issue until 11:30pm or so and periodically throughout the day at times it was non stop. I would recommend this hotel only to people who aren't light sleepers. It's affordable the free breakfast was great to wake up to, its clean and otherwise very quite.

We loved this hotel. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The lobby downstairs was comfortable with little nooks to sit and visit, a very nice breakfast area, and a fabulous bar. We were so impressed with our room we bought dinner downstairs and ate in. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food was great. A nice simple breakfast was complimentary or you could order a hot breakfast at reasonable prices. If you're looking for a grand hotel with a palatial lobby with lots of wasted space, bellhops and a full dining room this is NOT for you! If you enjoy good design with a modern influence, staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and a comfortable bed all at a excellent price - this is it.

I'm always concerned when I read reviews from other guests. However, some of them were actually very helpful and true. Most of the time when I do stay somewhere I have a hard time sleeping. The beds aren't comfortable. Hallways are loud. Outside traffic is loud. Not here. I loved staying here. I slept like a baby every night of my stay. There were enough pillows that I think I even knocked some off the bed. The cooling system was also a plus. Being from Texas I had to have the room cold and trust me it was cold. I never lacked for anything while staying here and I will definitely come back! The staff was amazing also. One drawback though, the rooms could use a microwave...thanks for the wonderful and comfortable stay!!!
