They really helped to make our short stay a good one. So, Charlotte is not our home city. We flew out of Charlotte for our vacation, and then had an overnight stay here before driving home on the return leg. With the hotels permission and after filling out a short form, we left our vehicle here, took the shuttle to the airport, etc. They were on point -- everything seamless, friendly service, quick - maybe 5 minutes. Then, on the night we arrived, quick friendly check-in around midnight, huge room on the top floor (without asking for it), clean, quiet. We had the included breakfast the next morning, which was nothing to write home about, but it was good enough. The staff came around to our tables to see if we needed anything, and they even let us know that breakfast was about to end soon, in case we wanted something else. It was just good all around. Thank you for a great experience, Hyatt Place - Charlotte Airport.

What a wonderful experience! I met my husband here for the first time. We'd been corresponding for some time and wanted a place to meet halfway between where we both lived. I was looking for a nice, reasonably-priced place we could both stay (separately). This hotel was perfect. It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, had all-night dining options at reasonable prices, and the friendliness of the staff rivaled that of 5-star resorts I've stayed in. We sat in the hotel lobby/cafe and talked until late. The free internet and parking were also very convenient. We will be staying here again if we ever find ourselves in Charlotte.

Comfortable, Worry-Free Stay

I booked this hotel due to a 16 hour lay over in Charlotte and the shuttle picked us up directly from the airport. When we got there the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were surprised to see the size and amenities of the room. The rooms are very spacious and styled as a suite with mini-kitchenette area, L-shaped couch, desk, and separate shower/toilet and sink area. The TV was huge and the beds were comfortable. There is no room service, but there is a 24/7 food service that you can order from by the front desk and the food wasn't too bad. There is also a bar area, that I believe closes at midnight. Unfortunately, I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the fitness center or the pool, but both facilities seemed to be in really great condition. I would not only recommend this hotel to others, but would also stay here again if I ever happen to be in Charlotte.
