    The only issue was the extra charge for internet service. seemed an unreasonable extra for a hotel classifying itself as a business hotel. location was great and staff very courteous.

    I stayed at the Allerton while on a business trip. I had several occassions where I went to the front desk and bellman with questions. Each time they were very accomodating and informative. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, though it was fine for me traveling alone. I would definitely stay here again.

    Great location as we were able to walk to Navy Pier, Millenium Park, River Boat Tour, and to some nightlife. We were on a lower floor so no view (except for the fire escape stairs and another building). Stayed two nights but only got free breakfast for the first morning.

    This was a great experience. the room is small, but the location is excellent, the room is updated and clean. hotel staff accomodating. great trip!

    We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chicago! Location was terrific, right in the middle of everything and in walking distance to many nice stores! Room was very clean and nice..a bit small, but I expected that in downtown Chicago. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very helpfull and accomodating. We plan to stay again on our next trip. Cons would be no free WiFi!! But other than that the hotel was quiet, clean and very nice!
