The check -in staff was great, other than that, rooms have dated furniture, housekeeping staff very friendly and that is it. There is a charge for everything, pretty much they nickle and dime you. Nothing is free. I do not intend to stay there again.

Our family enjoyed staying here very much. The rooms are small but very clean and the beds are magnificent! We received a room upgrade when we checked in and looked out onto Waikiki Beach from our balcony. It is noisy with the sliding glass door open, but I imagine all the hotels are with so many people and hotels in a small vicinity. The pool is nice, nothing spectacular, but they have poolside food and drink service. The mai tais are good! There is an outside restaurant next to the pool which has kid friendly food and is priced reasonably for Hawaii. It serves breakfast and dinner. You may check out towels to take to the beach, but there are no beach chairs available. Restaurants, Starbucks, and Yogurtland are all within walking minutes from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, clean, and good location to the beach and places to eat. If you like to shop there are places close to shop. There are good places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. All of the staff that we met were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the Marriott was very enjoyable. They didn't have the room I requested so they upgraded us upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Only downfall to me was the pool closed at 11 pm......but thats personal preference. Not disappointed at all in the Marriott!

07/06/2012My 5-day stay was pleasant. my wife, two teenage kids and i would stay here again. daily, the towels were changed, beds made and trash cans emptied.
