This was our 4th Hawaiian island and it was exactly what we expected. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. The room was modest with a great view and perfect location. We walked everywhere except 2 days when we got a rental car 2 blocks away. It was quite entertaining watching the people below. I highly recommend getting a ocean view room, the higher up the better. Great value!

If your looking for something right across from a main beach and in the middle of town but you don't want to spend a fortune this is the hotel for you. The tv in the room was so old it could have had knobs on it to turn- I was lucky to have a remote. On the other hand they had just gotten free wifi while I was there.staff is super nice and accommodating.
