    I really liked the hotel and the location! the staff is nice and friendly. the hotel is beautiful and its surroundings are amazing! my only complaint would be the pools, ...

    I really liked the hotel and the location! The staff is nice and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and its surroundings are amazing! My only complaint would be the pools, they are too small and always full of children,, there should be a pool just for adults! I hope that can be resolved before my next trip to the HHVWR! Thanks

    I truely had some worries after reading some of the reviews. The ocean front Ali'i room we reserved was wonderfull and worth every penny extra it cost. All the staff was freindly and helpfull everywhere. We used the ABC store for everything we needed. We ate at the pizza place twice and the icecream shop once. The rest of our meals we consumed out in town. My kids went to the spa and enjoyed it. I am a picky person, but I can not come up with any negatives on the resort. The only place I will ever stay on Oahu for sure.

    Internet should have been free in theroomms ..its wifi downstairs in lobby area....it is close to everything ..it is like a little city itself it has everything you need.

    Overall the hotel was really great, but you could find a better deal elsewhere. I met a couple who stayed somewhere else for two weeks for the same price that cost me to stay here for three days! The resort is great and huge! Its a great place to meet people from everywhere, locals go out there to hang out and meet tourist, and people staying elsewhere meet up at the resort.
