    The old bait and switch. this staff was rude and they dont honor the room if you pay in advance. sheraton the place to go. paid for ocean front and ...

    tHE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH. tHIS STAFF WAS RUDE AND THEY DONT HONOR THE ROOM IF YOU PAY IN ADVANCE. SHERATON the place to go. Paid for Ocean FRONT and gave me Mountain view. Never stay here. Left after 2nd day. Parking is so farrrrrrrrrrr away too.

    This was our first trip to Hawai'i. At check in the staff upgraded the room , had not ask, just seems they want your stay to get off to great start , and it did.All you need is right on the property. Had a great stay would recommend.

    Hilton Hawaiian Village is the best resort we have been too. Just pay the extra money and stay in the Ali'i Tower it is well worth it. The tower has in own check in, pool area, just to name a few things. We had a great room with views of pool and ocean. Each Friday night we saw the firework. Yes Hawii is pricey but it's vacation, live a little. Any hotel room could always use a upgrade, however first it's vacation, if all is clean, deal with decor of the room, it's vacation get out and do things, otherwise stay home. Do a little research and explore, Waikiki has lots to offer. Do your homework and ask questions while there. Can not wait to go back.

    Lots of places to eat and shop, very nice beach and hotel staff were very nice. Valet is a bit expensive. $ 30.00 per day. They have a Luau which I would not do again. It was on top of a roof rather than on the beach. That was our biggest disappointment. Otherwise great place to stay.
