    Best hotel we've ever stayed in. BEAUTIFUL, wonderfully situated (you don't have to cross a busy street to get to the beach...you're ON the beach), lush gardens and waterfalls and catfish pools, and impeccable customer service. If at all possible, try to get free breakfast with your room--it's AMAZING (and would otherwise be $35 per person!). There are great activities for kids over 5 and there are enough pools so you never feel cramped. We LOVED it!

    We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. It was a great trip and we are glad we stayed here. The hotel is beautiful and the room was nice with a view of the ocean. Since the hotel is right on the ocean we were able to walk down every day and go for a swim. The price was reasonable and the service was good. Our only complaint was in the service in getting our tickets to the Luau. Our purchase didn't seem appreciated and there was VIP seating at the Luau that wasn't even an option when purchasing tickets. We would recommend finding another venue for the luau.

    From the time we got to tghe HIlton Hawaiian Village it was excellent. We arrived before check -in , so the held our luggage and let us change into our swim suits so we could go to the beach( which was just a few steps from the hotel! ) and get some snacks and drinks. Room serivce was great , rooms were always very clean. The staff was very helpful. Also the American Express travel arrangment at the hotel for doing excurrsions were also so helpful . The morning we were leaving the airport called and our flight was delayed so we had almost a full day , the Hilton again held our bags while we went to the beach and awsome pools soaking up the last extra bit we could . Then right before we left for the airport the gave us a room to shower and change in before we got on the plane.Some hotels say they are right on the beach the Hilton Village really is and its nice and big and feels like its private.The pools all of them were great too. I really didnt want to leave the resort during our stay , they had EVERYTHING shopping, dinning, pools, beach,lagoon this list can go on, truly an amazing place.We would reccomend this to all our friends and family and hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

    The room was spaceous and the hotel is in the perfect location. Friday nights the hotel has a free fireworks show and concert. The only luau in Waikiki is at the hotel. The show was great but the food was bland. The hotel has a great business center open 24 hrs.

    I have been here multiple times and I am sure I will be back again. Everything you need is on location and the people there are extremely frendly. Service anywhere at the resort was always outstanding.
